Happy New Year! Have you set a goal for yourself for 2019? (Besides trying to write a ‘9’ at the end of the year?) No one loves a list of goals more than I do, but I would encourage you to pick just one goal. You don’t need all. the. goals.

Okay, now you need to be specific. Saying “I’m going to exercise more” may not be super effective, especially if you’ve only exercised once/month last year. Give it a number. For example, “I will eat dessert once a day” OR “I am going to get up 30 minutes earlier so I can exercise 3x/week.”
