What a tough time. It’s really difficult when you can’t plan ANYTHING. This won’t last forever. This won’t last forever. This won’t last forever.
How can you set boundaries at home to create some (emotional) space when there is little physical space? Is there anywhere at all you CAN go for some reprieve?
