Everyone is coping with this current pandemic differently. Some people are grateful for “family time,” but some people live alone or still feel lonely even among those they live with.
Keep a schedule/routine, utilize technology to keep in touch with your family/friends, do something enjoyable at home. You can read more about ways of coping HERE.
