Bernie Andrews, LCSW

You’re used to being the person everyone else can count on. But who do you lean on?

Maybe you’re carrying the needs of your family while quietly feeling overwhelmed yourself. Maybe a relationship with someone you love has become difficult, and you find yourself replaying conversations or questioning how to handle it. Or maybe you’re in a season of change and realizing you’re not quite sure what you need anymore.

You don’t have to figure it all out before asking for support.

I especially enjoy working with...

College Students & Young Adults
Navigating independence, relationships, identity, anxiety, and the transition into adulthood.

Young Moms & Homeschool Moms
Supporting women who are carrying the needs of their families while trying to make space for themselves, too.

Relationship & Family Conflict
Individual support for navigating difficult relationships, recognizing patterns, strengthening boundaries, and figuring out how you want to move forward.

What Therapy With Me Is Like:

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe there is tremendous value in having a place where you can say what you’re really thinking and feeling without worrying about taking care of anyone else in the room.

Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical skills that support the life and relationships you want.
