Community & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, 10 hrs/week, W-2)-Remote/Hybrid
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with local referral partners (doctors, schools, mental health providers, community programs)
Represent Summit Grove at community events, workshops, and networking opportunities
Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) — creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging followers
Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and educational content
Track key performance metrics: new referral relationships, social media engagement, event contacts, and client leads
Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to ensure marketing strategies align with practice goals
Who You Are:
Strong communicator with excellent networking skills
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage projects independently
Experienced with social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics
Experience in healthcare, mental health, or community outreach is a plus, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field OR equivalent experience in community outreach or marketing
Hours & Pay:
10 hours/week (flexible, hybrid remote + in-office)
$25/hour

Clinical Supervisor – Licensed Therapist (W-2)
Location: Annville/Lebanon County, PA area (telehealth initially; in-office days to follow once space is secured)
Schedule: Part-time, flexible (minimum 20 client sessions/week; additional sessions may be scheduled based on client demand)
Position Summary
We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in the Annville/Lebanon area. This role includes both direct client care and supervision of associate therapists, with opportunities to supervise interns and, potentially, fully licensed clinicians based on interest and practice needs.
Note: This role will begin primarily via telehealth sessions until an office is secured locally. Once the office is available, a portion of client sessions and supervision may shift to in-person.
Our ideal candidate is experienced, passionate about mentorship, and enjoys working in a collaborative group practice setting.
Responsibilities
Provide a minimum of 20 client sessions per week via telehealth; additional sessions may be scheduled based on client demand and mutual agreement.
Once the office is secured, maintain at least one weeknight (typically 4–8 pm) or Saturday in-office per week.
Supervise 1–2 associate therapists weekly, providing guidance, case consultation, and professional development. Supervision hours may vary based on caseloads and practice needs.
Opportunities exist to supervise interns and potentially fully licensed clinicians.
Document sessions, supervision, and administrative hours accurately in the EHR.
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and practice development initiatives.
Support the professional growth and development of associate clinicians.
Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and insurance requirements, including HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
Fully licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience post-licensure (experience supervising clinicians preferred).
Strong understanding of clinical documentation, insurance billing, and evidence-based treatment practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
Compensation
Client Sessions: 50% of the client session fee (based on insurance reimbursement; typically ~$110/session).
Supervision Hours: $65/hour; scheduled in collaboration with the practice owner.
Administrative Hours: $25/hour for administrative tasks, including charting, team meetings, and other non-clinical practice duties
Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly on the 15th and last day of each month. Payroll taxes and withholdings deducted as required.

At Summit Grove Counseling, we provide high-quality, client-focused mental health services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Because we believe that mental health counseling should be available and accessible, we accept most commercial insurance plans. We work with adults 18 and older, to include college students. We see women struggling with anxiety, depression, postpartum concerns, relationships, and life transitions.
Our office is in the heart of Bryn Mawr, right off of Route 30.
We want you to love coming to work so we value clinician flexibility (work/life balance) and provide administrative and billing support so that you can focus on doing excellent clinical work.
Responsibilities
Provide individual counseling to a diverse client population
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our secure EHR system
Participate in regular team meetings and collaborative discussions
Complete administrative and documentation tasks related to client care (paid as part of your session-based compensation)
Support practice growth and client retention through excellent clinical care
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent license
Strong clinical skills with adolescents and/or adults (depending on your clinical focus)
Ability to work at least one evening per week (evening identified as 4-8 pm) OR one Saturday per week (identified as a 4 hour block)
Reliable, professional, and committed to client care
