Calming Your Nervous System
Stressed? Feeling anxious?
How do you calm down? Reset yourself? You don't need a week-long vacation (although that might be nice!) or even a whole day. Do you have 15 minutes?
Put down your phone. Listen to your breath. Find a grounding yoga pose. Play attention to your 5 senses and what you observe. Drink some water. Don't check your phone (!).
