Mass Shootings: Coping with Anxiety

It can be very challenging to manage your own anxiety (not to mention helping your kids, if you have them) related to senseless tragedies, such as the one recently in Las Vegas. Here are some tips for managing your stress and anxiety; I especially like the one about limiting your exposure to the media (that is, don't watch CNN 24/7). Turn off the TV/media and do something positive with other people.
