Sheryl Sandberg: Some brief career advice

I have a love/hate relationship with Sheryl Sandberg. I loved her book, "Lean In," but was left feeling slightly disgruntled because- well- I don't have a staff to care for my home and children while I "lean in." More on that another day...Here is a good word from Ms. Sandberg.
