Teen Girls: Social Media Impact

Social media is addictive- it was designed to be so; the positive correlation between amount of time spent on social media and unhappiness is stronger for teen girls than boys. 
Many of the teen girls I have worked with over the years have mentioned the connection between anxiety and social media. 

Protect your teen girl. Advocate for more "real life" dopamine hits instead of relying on social media "likes."
