Grief During COVID

The grief journey is not linear, nor is your journey the same as your partner's, your sister's, etc. 

COVID has interrupted our normal end-of-life rituals and our grieving rituals, thus making it so much more complicated. Do what you can to remain connected to others- this is not a time to isolate.
