Postpartum Moms: the pandemic struggle

Postpartum can be really tough without a pandemic. There is nothing you could have done to prepare or plan for this; it is just SO SO hard. Even if this isn't your first baby, this is so very different. It is okay to struggle, it is okay to cry, it is okay to grieve that your family and friends are missing out on your little one's "babyhood." It's okay to put yourself first sometimes. <3

Reach out for help and support (even if you think you can "push through" it).
