Life Transitions
Sometimes the life you're living feels very different from how you imagined this season would feel.
Maybe you're starting college and wondering why everyone else seems to be finding their place while you're still trying to figure out where you belong.
Maybe you're navigating pregnancy or motherhood, a season you imagined would be filled with excitement and joy, but instead you're experiencing emotions you never expected. You're carrying the invisible mental load of caring for everyone else while wondering when you'll have a moment to take care of yourself.
Or perhaps you're facing a difficult relationship, experiencing a loss, or navigating changes you never saw coming.
On the outside, it might look like everything is going just fine. But on the inside, you may be feeling anxious, exhausted, uncertain, or simply not like yourself. And it can be especially hard to talk about those feelings when everyone around you expects you to be happy.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
For more than 20 years, I've worked in women’s health, supporting women through some of life's most meaningful, complicated, and emotionally challenging experiences. I understand that even the changes we look forward to can bring unexpected emotions, questions, and struggles.
I especially enjoy working with college-aged women and women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
College-Aged Women
College can bring an unexpected mix of independence and excitement alongside loneliness, pressure, and uncertainty.
Maybe you're struggling with homesickness, academic expectations, friendships, romantic relationships, roommate dynamics, or the complicated social world of campus life.
Together, we can explore what you're experiencing and develop the confidence and skills to help you navigate the challenges of this new chapter.

Pregnancy, Postpartum & Motherhood
Pregnancy and motherhood aren’t always what you imagined they would be.
Whether you’re preparing for motherhood, adjusting to life with a new baby, or struggling with feelings you didn’t expect, you deserve support through it all.
You may be experiencing prenatal or postpartum anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, intrusive thoughts, or the overwhelming mental load of caring for your family.
You may also be navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy or infant loss, a traumatic birth experience, or the emotional changes that come with becoming a parent.
With more than 20 years of experience in women's health and an extensive background in maternal mental health, I bring a deep understanding of these experiences, along with compassionate, evidence-based support.
I also work with women navigating grief, relationship challenges, and other difficult life transitions.
My Approach to Therapy
Therapy with me is a place where you don't have to pretend everything is okay. A place where you can be honest about what you're experiencing, even when it's hard to put into words.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings without judgment or pressure to have all the answers.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life, make sense of what you're experiencing, better understand the emotions and patterns that may be contributing to your struggles, and develop practical strategies that fit your life and circumstances.
My hope is that our work helps you move through life's challenges with greater confidence, connection, and the ability to experience more moments of peace and joy.
Whatever season of life you're in, you deserve support that meets you where you are.
