Sarah R. Sibel, MS, LPC, NCC, CTP, RYT

Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from Temple University and a Master of Science in Counseling from Gwynedd Mercy College. Sarah has almost 15 years of counseling experience and enjoys ongoing professional and personal development. She holds various certifications within the drug and alcohol, mental health, and health and wellness fields. These include her Certified Clinical Supervisor, Certified Trauma Professional, and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certifications. Sarah is a 500-hour RYT, a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health and Nutrition Coach, and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. In recent years, Sarah has held the titles of Clinical Supervisor and Internship Program Coordinator at various entities. Sarah is always looking to broaden her team and leadership skills, and she is currently pursuing her Women in Leadership Development Certificate from Villanova University. She is also working to complete a Certification program in Somatic Yoga, Business, and Life Coaching to further support clients who struggle with complex trauma to utilize movement and mindfulness from the outside looking in as well as the inside looking out.

Outside of being a clinician, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her beautiful red retriever, Timber, who is her Therapy Dog and greatest sidekick. She enjoys attending live concerts, trying new restaurants, being physically active, competing in races for essential causes, rooting for the Fightin’ Phillies, and traveling whenever possible, especially to the Jersey Shore and NH.
